Water Is The New Gold - Timelapse Animation

This is a stopframe animation that we made as part of a Gold workshop.

We made plasticine letter moulds, and froze water into the letters. Then we photographed them melting, every 10 seconds, and animated the pics together on the computer.

Short film- The Hottest Day

On our first trip to Boree Creek, Rosie told us the story of the hottest day she could remember on the farm. In the next Gold workshop, we decided to make this shadow animation inspired by that story. Tara showed us how to make the images and project them onto the wall, while B showed us how to experiment with making the sound scapes.
